Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Gandhinagar

Workday: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturday Holiday)

Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM

 
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation:

 • Write, edit, and proofread various types of content including blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media posts, website content, email newsletters, case studies, eBooks, and white papers. 

• Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for digital marketing initiatives such as landing pages, banners, and ad copy. 

• Tailor content according to specific target audiences and platforms. 

2. Content Strategy:

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create content plans and calendars. 

• Research and analyse competitors and industry trends to develop content ideas that drive engagement and conversion. 

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. 


3. SEO and Digital Optimization:

• Incorporate SEO best practices in all content to improve organic search visibility. 

• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for content improvements. 


4. Content Management: 

• Oversee content lifecycle from ideation to publishing and promotion.

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that content is on brand, accurate, and timely. 

• Regularly update and refresh website content for accuracy, engagement, and SEO relevance. 


5. Research and Development

• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, trends, and competitors to develop innovative content ideas. 

• Stay updated with emerging content tools, platforms, and trends to improve content creation. 

6. Proofreading and Editing: 

• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, free from errors, and adheres to the company’s style guide. 

• Edit and revise content based on feedback from team members and clients.

7. Collaboration: 

• Work closely with the graphic design and video production teams to create multimedia content. 

• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, if needed, to develop specialized content. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content writing, content development, or a related role
